Today is the day to blow out candles, NPLH is completing two years old!
These two years were a bit irresponsible, we admit it. At the beginning we were super excited but during the trip we realized that would not be so easy to keep the blog updated “live”. We had looooong unforgivable breaks. Months without a single post? What a lack of respect! (self-scolding moment)
But that is all part of the past now and the good news is that we are running to keep it up!
To tell the truth, we cannot wait to finish telling all the stories from the round the world trip to then be able to write about many other stories that are just waiting for their turn.
That our “Round the World” not only gave rise to the blog, it also poked our travel bug even more and there’s where the good news lies, No Place Like Here has no plans to stop so early.
Now that it’s turned two – nearly an adult in blog-years! – it’s a little more responsible, received a few small upgrades, but the essence remains the same.
For those who are arriving now, we super recommend signing our RSS – that little orange button up there. If you’re curious to know what RSS is, watch this video made by Lee and Sachi LeFever.
Or if you do not want to know what the hell this thing is, you can also subscribe to receive fresh posts by email, directly in your inbox. Just subscribe here on the right-top side, easy as.
But please don’t think that this means we do not want you to come here anymore. We do want! We love receiving comments and we love when people click on the Facebook “Like” little hand (novelty of the month!). Oh, am I appealing? But on the birthday it’s ok, isn’t it?!
And of course, soooo thanks to everyone who visits us here. We are delighted with our beloved readers! It was because of you that we got here and that we do want to continue writing more and more. Yay!
